摘要 太阳能、热泵热水工程的部件配置与安装模式通常随用户需求和建筑风格而变化,这种模式的多样化给控制系统设计和工程施工及维护带来不少难题。此外,各种模式的热水工程各有哪些性能特点和相关测试条件,至今尚无比较全面的研究文献,也给工程设计和论证带来不便。在此应用嵌入式系统和.NET等技术,设计并实现了多模式太阳能热水工程测试系统,完成了常用工程模式的建模和ARM处理器的可配置控制模式编程,解决了上位机安装模式配置与主控制器控制模式的同步切换问题,有效降低了太阳能热水工程的设计、施工和维护的难度;同时应用该系统实现3种典型工程模式的构建和测试,实验数据反映了不同模式的性能差异,相关技术已应用于多个太阳能热水工程中。 The component configuration-installation modes of solar energy and heat pump hot water engineering are usually changed with users' needs and architectural style. Based on embedded system and .NET technology, the test system for the so- lar energy hot water engineering was designed and implemented. The modeling of common engineering mode and configuration control mode programming of ARM processor were achieved. The synchronous switch problem of upper machine installation mode configuration and the main controller control model was solved. The solar hot water engineering design, construction and maintenance difficulty were effectively reduced. The construction and test of three typical engineering modes were realized with this system. The experiment data reflects the performance difference of different patterns. The related technology has been ap- plied to several solar hot water engineering projects.
