摘要
分析了高校图书馆绩效管理的现状,运用人力资源KPI绩效管理方法,阐述高校图书馆绩效管理体系的构建及实施。提出图书馆绩效考核体系,下设德、能、勤、绩4个一级指标、10个二级指标、35个三级指标,坚持机会均等原则,能够提高考核结果的公平公正性,有助于提高馆员的工作效率和自我管理水平,促进高校图书馆事业的可持续发展。
After the current status of the college librarian performance evaluation management has been analyzed, the establishment and implementation of college librarian performance evaluation system is elaborated with the KPI approaches of HR management. The evaluating system is put forward with 4 first indicators which are ethics, capability, attendance and merit, then 10 second indicators and 35 third indicators. Adherence to opportunity equalization will promote the fairness and equity of the results. It also helps to promote sustainable development of college library cause as well as to improve staff's work efficiency and self management.
