摘要
从织造设备改进以及工艺配置等方面阐述了采用国产GA786-150剑杆织机生产高密维纶帆布织物时应掌握的关键技术和重点工艺。并通过对该织机的送经、卷取系统的加固以及对后梁结构的改造,使其能适应大张力织造,从而满足高紧度织物的生产,为该织机适应大张力织造和生产高紧度织物提供依据。
From the improvement of weaving equipments and process configuration, this paper expounds the key technology in producing high density vinylon canvas fabrics with domestic GA786-150 rapier looms. Through the reinforcement of warp pacing and coiling system of the looms and the modification of girder struc- ture, the looms are able to adapt to the high tension in weaving so as to meet the production of high density fab- tics, which provides basis for the weaving and production.
