摘要 针对我国对农业投资力度不断加大,投资金额逐年提高,为了确保粮食增产、农民增收的战略目标,同时又衍生出粮食主产区农作物秸秆资源无法利用造成严重的浪费和污染,富余劳动力又急需转移安置的实际问题。面对如此形势,文章以蕈菌产业为突破口,提出蕈菌从"菌菜"转变为"菌粮"拓宽蕈菌消费观念拉动农业经济大循环的全新思考,这将给传统农业带来一片崭新的天地,我国农业问题将会迎刃而解。 t present, the agricultural investment is increasing continuously and the investment amount is increasing year by year in China. As a byproduct of the guarantee of the strategic target of grain yield increase and peasants' income growth, unavailability of crop straw resources in major grain-producing areas leads to serious waste and pollution. And what's more, the surplus labor force needs to be relocated. Given the situation and with mushroom fungus industry as a breakthrough, the writer puts forward the new converting mushroom fungus from "edible fungus vegetables" into "edible consumption idea of edible mushroom fungus may bring the traditional agriculture into readily solved. and stimulate systemic circulation a brand-new field and our country's thinking of fungus food" to broaden the of agricultural economy. This agricultural problems may bereadily solved.
