摘要
本试验以里氏木霉 Tr-H为出发菌株 ,对其浅盘培养条件及酶活测定方法进行优化 ,结果 ,当接种量为 0 .5% ,初始 p H值 2 .0 ,料层厚度 2 .5cm时 ,2 8℃培养 1 60小时 ,50℃浸提 ,酶活从原来的2 80 mg G/g.h提高到 60 0 mg G/g.h;扣盘使酶活下降。
A Trichoderma reesei strain Tr-H with high potency for cellulase production was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best conditions for producing cellulase were: inoculating quantity 0.5%, original pH2.0, material thickness 2.5 cm, culture temperature 28℃, extraction temperature 50℃, cultured at that condition for 160 hours,the filter paper enzyme activity raised from 280mgG/g.h to 600mgG/g.h.
