摘要
磁流变弹性体是一种新兴磁流变材料,目前在结构振动控制、冲击隔离等方面显示出广阔的应用前景。基于磁流变弹性体的优良特性,设计一种剪切挤压式磁流变弹性体隔振器。根据磁流变弹性体工作区域磁场强度的要求,进行磁流变弹性体隔振器的磁路设计。利用ANSOFT电磁场分析软件,对磁流变弹性体隔振器进行磁路有限元分析,验证设计结果的正确性。
Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) is a new kind of magnetorheologlcal matenals, it snows wlcte prosPects of application in structure vibration cogtrol.shock isolation and so on. Based on the predominant characteris.tics of MRE, a shear-compression vibration isolator was designed. According to the requirement of magnetic field in the working area, the magnetic circuit parameters of the MRE vibration isolator were calculated and the magnetic circuit was designed. Using the software ANSOFT, a finite element model of the isolator was established and analyzed. The results validate the design of the magnetic circuit.
