摘要 风电技术迅猛发展,风电场风力机故障频发,对风机的安全运行和故障诊断的研究已成为风电技术发展中的重要研究内容。国内对于风力机故障诊断技术的研究尚在起步阶段,且集中于对齿轮箱的研究,对转子不对中故障研究尚少。针对以上问题,用振动测试系统对异常工作风力发电机组进行振动测试,采集振动测试信号,对振动信号进行时域、频域分析,得到机组转子不对中故障信号特征,为风力机转子不对中故障诊断提供依据。 With the rapid development of wind power technology, faults of windmill generators happen frequently. Research of safe operation and fault diagnosis for the windmill generators has become an important topic. The domestic research of fault diagnosis technology of windmill generators is still in the initial stage and only focused on gearboxes. But researches of rotor misalignment fault diagnosis are few. In this paper, the vibration signal of the windmill generators in abnormal operation was collected by a vibration test system, and the rotor misalignment fault signal was detected by analyzing the vibration signal in both time-domain and frequency-domain. This work provides a reference for fault diagnosis of rotor misaligrmaent.
