摘要
由于原料天然气组分发生变化,重烃(C5以上)含量增大,造成液化冷箱处重烃量增多,重烃脱除处理不及时,运行过程中易造成冰堵,堵塞管道,只能减负荷生产。文章简要介绍通过PROII模拟计算,修改工艺流程,使重烃能及时脱除,满足生产要求。
For the variety of components of raw natural gas, the content of heavy hydrocarbon increases, which may leads to increasing of heavy hydrocarbon in cold box. If heavy hydrocarbon is not treated in time, it may fi＇oze and blog the piping when in operation, so have to run in lower load. The paper introduced how to modify the process flow and remove heavy hydrocarbon through PRO II calculation and meet the requirement of production.
