摘要
职业转换是职业劳动者在一定的情势下为了实现新的就业目标从原有职业转到新的职业的一种社会性变换。职业转换有主动型与被动型、上行型和下行型、小跨度和大跨度之分。一个完整的职业转换过程包括职业期望的产生、新的职业客体的搜索、新的意向岗位的选择、新的职业技能的培训、新的职业岗位的获得、新的职业岗位的适应六个环节。职业转换过程存在多种多样的障碍,具体包括文化障碍、技能障碍、观念障碍和体制障碍。要实现成功的职业转换,必须有职业主体的主观努力、职业客体的积极接纳、职业介体的有效促进和职业环境的整体优化。
Career reinventing is a social transformation in which the laborers transfer from the original careers to the new professional careers. Career transformation may be divided into the active and passive types, ascending and descending types, and little-span and big-span types. A complete career transformation includes the following six parts: occurrence of career expectations, research for new career objects, selection of the new intentional ca- reers, training for the new careers, occupation of the new positions, and adaption to the new positions. There are a variety of obstacles in the process of the career reinventing, including the cultural obstacles, skill obstacles, idea obstacles and system obstacles. A successful career reinventing depends on the efforts of the occupational subjects, the active acceptance of the occupational objects, and effective promotion of the occupational media, and the inte- gral optimization of the occupational environment.
