摘要
以乙二胺 (en)为配体 ,合成了三种具有不同构型的模拟超氧化物歧化酶的模拟化合物 :trans-[Co(en) 2 Cl2 ]· Cl,cis-[Co(en) 2 (NO2 ) 2 ]· Cl及 cis-[Co(en) 2 (NO2 ) 2 ]2 Sb2 (C4 H4 O6 ) 2 ·2 H2 O,并对它们进行了紫外、红外谱图的表征 ,利用邻苯三酚自氧化法进行了活性检测 .活性数据IC50 及 p I50 表明配合物具有抑制 O- ·2 的活性 ,cis-[Co(en) 2 (NO2 ) 2 ]2 Sb2 (C4 H4 O6 ) 2 · 2 H2 O的活性要高于其它配合物 .
In Using bisethylenediamine as ligand, three mimic superoxide dismutase complexes, \%Trans\% chloride (bisethylene diamine) dichloro Co(Ⅲ), cis chloride (bisethylene diamine) dinitro Co(Ⅲ) and cis (bisethylene diamine) dinitro Co(Ⅲ) ditartrato diantimanate(Ⅲ) dihydratewith, with different configuration were synthesized. They were not only characterized with UV and IR spectra, but also assayed by means of improved pyrogallol autoxidation. Active data of IC 50 and pI 50 shows that the complexes able to inhibate superoxide radical. The activity of cis (bisethylene diamine) dinitro Co(Ⅲ) ditartrato diantimanate(Ⅲ) dihydrate is higher than others.
