竹柳材性及其刨花板制造工艺研究 被引量:21

摘要 以3年生竹柳为研究对象,对竹柳木材物理性质和化学成分进行测定和分析,利用脲醛树脂作为胶黏剂研制竹柳刨花板。结果表明:随着板密度和施胶量的增加,竹柳刨花板的力学性能有所提高,2 h吸水厚度膨胀率下降;通过添加石蜡乳液防水剂,使竹柳刨花板的2 h吸水厚度膨胀率明显下降,当板密度为0.65 g/cm3,施胶量为10%,防水剂施加量为1%时,竹柳刨花板弹性模量为2 260 MPa,静曲强度为18.7 MPa,内结合强度为1.06 MPa,2 h吸水厚度膨胀率为7.7%,力学性能和吸水厚度膨胀率均达到了国家标准要求。 The physical properties and chemical constituents of 3-year old Salix discolor wood were tested and analyzed, and the feasibility of making particleboard from Salix discolor With urea-formaldehyde resin as adhesive was studied. The effects of board density and resin content on Salix discolor partieleboard bonded with urea-formal- dehyde resin were evaluated. The experiment results showed that along with the increment of the particleboard thickness together with adhesive loading dosage, the mechanical properties of partieleboard were improved, whereas the thickness swelling rate after 2 h water soaking was reduced. The thickness swelling rate after 2 h water soaking was significantly decreased by adding water-proof wax emulsion. Both of the mechanical properties and the thick- ness swelling rate after 2 h water soaking could meet the requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 4897.3--2003 when the particleboard density was 0.65 g/cm3 with 10% of resin content and 1% of water-proof wax emulsion. The modulus of elasticity of the Salix discolor particleboard manufactured with the above technology was 2 260 MPa, the modulus of static bending strength value was 18.7 MPa, the internal bonding value was 1.06 Mpa and the thickness swelling rate after 2h water soaking was 7.7%.
