摘要
目的用扫描电镜观察粉尘螨经空气净化器等离子静电高压场强作用后其形态学变化,为除螨空气净化器的研制提供依据。方法取粉尘螨成虫放置在空气净化器中,按不同时间段(0、12、24、48、72和84h)分组,每组200只粉尘螨,取出后于解剖显微镜下观察粉尘螨的死亡状况;用扫描电镜观察实验前粉尘螨和死亡粉尘螨的形态学变化,用扫描电镜进行扫描、拍照。结果用扫描电镜能清楚地观察到粉尘螨颚体、躯体、足和外生殖器的超微结构。经空气净化器高压场强作用死亡后的粉尘螨,整个躯体呈现干扁皱缩状,四肢向躯体卷曲,表面刚毛凌乱,外形明显改变,雌、雄外生殖器变形,结构不清晰。结论当空气净化器将空气中的大量水分电离成为离子状态时,造成局部相对干燥的环境而使粉尘螨脱水死亡,故空气净化器具有杀灭粉尘螨的作用。
Objective To observe the morphologic changes in dust mites after treatment with plasma electrostatic high voltage field strength using scanning electron microscopy, and to facili- tate the development of acaricidal air purifier. Methods Adult dust mites were placed in the air purifier and divided into six groups according to different time points (0,12,24,48,72 and 84 hours) ,with 200 dust mites in each group. The death of dust mites was observed under a dissec- ting microscope. The morphologic changes in dust mites were observed by a scanning electron mi- croscope. Results Scanning electron microscopy clearly showed the ultrastructure of gnathoso- ma,body, foot and external genitalia of dust mites. The dead dust mites showed dry, flat and wrinkled body, curled limbs, messy setae, significant changes in shape, deformation of external genitalia, and unclear structure. tively dry environment through Conclusion The air cleaner can kill dust mites by creating a rela water electrolysis in air.
