摘要
目的探讨风险管理在心血管社区护理管理中的价值。方法将本辖区自2012年3月至2012年9月实施风险管理后的540例心血管患者设为观察组,并与2010年3月至2012年2月未实施风险管理的500例心血管患者(对照组)进行对比,调查并比较风险管理实施前后患者对护理质量的满意程度。结果对照组患者的满意程度为85.00%,观察组患者满意程度为98.15%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管社区护理管理中实施风险管理可以有效地提高患者的满意程度,消除本中心护理的不安全因素,加强护理人员的风险意识,提高护理质量,值得进行积极的推广实施。
Objective To investigate value of risk management in the cardiovascular community nursing management. Methods 540 cardiovascular patients with risk management from March 2012 to September 2012 were selected as the observation group, 500 cardiovascular patients without risk management from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected as the control group. The satisfactions to nursing quality of two groups were investigated and compared. Results The satisfaction degree was 98.15% in the observation group, significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Risk management in the cardiovascular community nursing management can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree, eliminate the unsafe factors of nursing, strengthen the risk consciousness of nursing staff and improve the nursing quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
