摘要 本文合成了一个新的镍配合物:[Ni(tribentacn)](ClO4)2,(tribentacn为1,4,7-三亚甲基苯并咪唑-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷),用元素分析、红外光谱等手段对其进行了表征,并用X-射线衍射单晶结构分析测定了配合物的晶体结构。该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群;中心离子镍位于6个氮原子形成的畸变八面体的中心;还研究了该配合物的电化学性质及其与DNA的作用。 A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex: [Ni (tribentacn)] (CIO4)2, (tribentacn = 1,4,7-tris-(benzimidazole-2-yl-methyl)- 1,4,7-triazacyclononane), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, crystallized in the triclinic system, space group P1, Z=2, a=1.208 01(8) nm, b=1.217 66(8) nm, c=1.281 42(8) nm, a=78.809(3)°, β=77.094(2)°, γ= 66.460(3)°, R1=0.078 0. The nickel(Ⅱ) atom is oetahedrally coordinated by six nitrogen atoms of three benzimidazoles and 1,4,7-triazacyclononaue (tacn). The electrochemical property and interactions with pBR322 DNA of the complex were studied. CCDC: 841482.
