摘要
肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因目前诊断易忽略微转移灶,造成肺癌预后极差,黑色素瘤相关抗原(melanoma associate dantigens,MAGE)基因作为一种特异性肿瘤抗原基因,在肺癌的发生、发展和治疗中起着重要作用,其研究为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供了新的方向。
Lung cancer is one of the common malignancies with an extremely poor prognosis, because of the cur- rent diagnostic techniques are not easy to find micrometastases. Melanoma associated antigens genes （MAGE） are tumor spe- cific antigen genes, closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of lung cancer. The research of MAGE genes provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
