摘要
目的探讨一种会阴部血管瘤的安全有效的治疗方法。方法本组会阴部血管瘤患者32例，其中5例患者瘤体伴破溃。普萘洛尔治疗有口服和外涂1％普萘洛尔乳膏2种治疗方法，所有患者均采用了普萘洛尔治疗，不伴破溃的患者加用激光治疗。结果本组32例患者，治疗后瘤体均呈现出不同程度的缩小，外观畸形明显改善，随访3～18个月，疗效为优者24例，良8例，无治疗失败者。随访无复发，局部功能形态良好，1例患者出现破溃，余者均未出现严重并发症。结论普萘洛尔治疗是会阴部血管瘤的安全有效的治疗方法，不伴破溃的患者加用激光疗法效果更佳。
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment tor perineal hemangioma. Methods A total of 32 cases were collected for this study. Among them, 5 cases of hemangiomas with ulcerations were treated by propranolol therapy only. The others were treated by laser and proparanolol. We have two ways to use proparanolol, oral proparanolol and 1% proparanolol ointment. Results After 3 to 18 months follow-up in all cases, the tumor became smaller and more flattened. All the symptoms of the patients were obviously improved. The result is excellent in 24 cases, good in 8 cases. No failure cases. While, one case had ulceration during treatment. No serious complications happened. Conclusion Propranolol is a safe and efficiency technique for perineal hemangioma. For patients without ulcerations, it is better to use laser and propranolol therapy.
