摘要
介绍了固体火箭发动机贮存过程中衬层/推进剂界面脱粘的机理和影响因素,着重分析了老化、组分迁移和贮存环境对衬层/推进剂界面脱粘的影响,并提出了缓解界面脱粘的主要措施,认为在衬层和推进剂间增设阻挡层和改进衬层的抗迁移能力是缓解界面脱粘的有效途径。
The mechanism and influence factors of the liner/propellant interfacial debonding of solid rocket motor during storage were introduced.The effects of aging,ingredient migration and storage environment on the liner/propellant interracial debonding were analysed emphatically.And the main measures to alleviate the interracial debonding were put forward. Setting up a barrier layer between liner and propellant and improving the anti-migration capability of liner were the efficient way to alleviate the interfacial debonding.
