摘要
随着我国工业自动化的发展及劳动成本的提高,自动化设备在饲料工业的应用越来越广泛。机器人作为自动化领域的一个重要分支,今后将成为各国争相发展的高技术产业。从码垛机器人的研究现状看,我国正处在自主研发的起步阶段,而国外已开始大力推广。针对饲料行业的特点,研发具有自主知识产权的CBT-90型码垛机器人,能自动抓取90 kg以下各类袋装饲料。CBT-90型码垛机器人投运以来,运行效果良好,改善了工作环境,降低了劳动强度,对产品质量和生产效益都有极大的提高。
With the development of industrial automation and the increasing of labor costs, auto- mation equipments are widely used in feed industry. As an important branch of automation field, the robot will become the high technology industrial that all the countries are scrambling to develop in the future. From the present research on the palletizing robot, our country is in the initial stage of independent research and development, and foreign countries have begun to vigorously promote. According to the characteristics of feed industry, CBT-90 palletizing robot with independent intellectual property rights is developed, and it （：an automatically crawl 90 kg bagged feed. After CBT-90 palletizing robot is put into operation, operation effect is good, the working environment is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the product quality and production efficiency are greatly improved.
