摘要
NOx是造成大气污染的主要污染物之一,国家将NOx列为"十二五"期间大气污染物总量控制对象。阐述了NOx的生成机制,重点介绍了国内外高温低氧燃烧、燃料再燃、低NOx燃烧器、空气分级燃烧,烟气再循环等低NOx燃烧技术现状及应用情况,最后对各种方案进行总结分析,供今后燃烧系统的优化设计及改造参考。
NOx is a main source of air pollution and has been listed as gross amount controlled object during the 12th Five-Year period. The generation principle of NOx is discussed in this article. Low NOx burning technologies domestic and abroad, including high temperature low oxygen combustion, fuel rebuming, low NOx burner, air graded burning and gas recirculation, are mainly introduced. Each are summarized and analyzed in the end of the article, providing reference to optimal design and transformation of burning systems in future.
