摘要 针对煤矿岩石巷道掘进中"循环进尺"和"巷道成型"两个关键问题进行研究。以超前探孔做为直眼掏槽的中间空孔,实现"一孔双用",采用稳定组合钻具定向保直钻进三次成孔工艺,单孔三圈桶形直眼掏槽方式,在孔长60 m、孔径193 mm条件下,中深孔爆破循环进度可达到2.4 m。对普通光爆与聚能爆破机理进行分析,确定聚能被筒定向断裂方式,被筒内管为乳化药卷,外侧被敷两侧开缝的PVC管,通过聚能缝的导压作用实现巷道周边双向聚能定向断裂。工业试验表明,中深孔聚能爆破新技术能够实现巷道成型质量好、循环进尺高。该成套技术是岩巷钻爆法施工的一次革新,可在我国煤矿岩巷钻爆法施工中推广使用。 At the research of aiming two key problems of "cycle advance" and " drift profiling " about Coalmine Stone Drift drivage. To advance the exploration holes do middle empty hole for the straight hole, The stable combination of drilling directional straight drilling three drilling process, single hole three circle barrel straight cutting mode, in the hole length 60 m, diameter 193 mm, blasting cycle progress can reach 2.4 m. For ordinary smooth blasting and blasting mechanism analysis, determination of shaped tube directional frac- ture mode, tube inner tube for emulsion explosive, the outside spreads of slotted PVC pipe, through shaped joint pressure to achieve the role of roadway surrounding bidirectional energy - accumulating directional fracture. Industrial tests show that, deep hole blasting, the new technology can realize the roadway forming of good quality, high cyclic footage. The complete set of technology is an innovation of rock drilling and blasting construction, can be used in the construction of drilling and blasting in mine rock roadway.
