尾细桉无性系在雷州半岛的生长与遗传分析 被引量:11

摘要 对5年生42个尾细桉无性系在国营雷州林业局的不同性状进行生长和遗传分析。结果表明:尾细桉无性系不同性状在无性系间及地点间均达极显著差异,胸径、树高、单株材积和年公顷生长量分别超过平均值和对照ZU6的分别有24个、24个、22个、22个和12、23、14、17个无性系;42个尾细桉单株蓄积和年公顷生长量均以唐家林场〉石岭林场〉北坡林场,对照ZU6无性系在3个地点上的生长结论与此相同;参试无性系不同性状重复力都较高,说明尾细桉无性系生长受很强的遗传控制,具有保持较高的杂交优势特性,无性系重复力在0.8288—0.9458之间,在12%入选率下,不同性状遗传增益可达13.00%~44.40%,入选无性系通过进一步试验加入到生产应用中,可改变区域造林无性系单一的被动局面。 Growth and genetic traits of 42 5-year-old clones of E. urophylla × E. tereticornis were studied which planted in Leizhou peninsula in 3 different forest farms. The results indicate that (1) there were remarkable differences in growth traits among clones and sites; twenty four clones' DBH, twenty four clones' tree height, twenty two clones' individual volume and twenty two clones' growth of per year hectare has respectively exceeded the corresponding values of the average values; twelve clones' DBH, twenty three clones' tree height, fourteen clones' individual volume and seventeen clones' growth of per year hectare has respectively surpassed the corresponding values of the control (ZU6)values; (2) the 42 clones' individual volume and growth of per year hectare both ordered by magnitude: Tangjia's 〉Shiling's 〉Beipo Forest Farm's; (3) synthesis analysis indicates that genetic factor is the main factor that can control the growth of clones, the repeatability of clones and the genetic gain of the traits were estimated to be 0.8288-43.9458 and 32.44%,-44.69%, respecitvely.
