水黄皮种子发芽试验的初步研究 被引量:10

摘要 为增加海南岛沿海造林树种,丰富沿海防护林种类多样性,从海南本地采集乡土树种水黄皮Pongamia pinnata(L.)Merr种子进行育苗。采用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、赤霉素(GA3)和常温清水浸泡处理水黄皮种子进行了发芽试验研究。结果表明:与对照处理相比,不同浓度的NAA、GA3及常温清水浸泡处理均能促进种子提前发芽,其中以不同浓度GA3处理的促进作用最明显,播种后第5d就发芽,比对照处理提前了6d;不同处理方式中以100 mg L-1GA3处理的水黄皮种子发芽率最高,达到95.33%,常温清水浸泡3 h发芽率最低,为75.33%;50 mg L-1NAA处理与对照处理的发芽势最高,均为67.33%,常温清水浸泡3 h与常温清水浸泡24 h的发芽势最低,均为40.00%。 In order to increase tree species and enrich species diversity for afforesting coastal shelterbelt in Hainan province, the native tree species Pongamia pinnata seeds were collected for seedling cultivation in nursery. A study was conducted on the seed germination of P pinnata, in which the seeds were treated by different concentrations of plant growth regulators naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), gibberellin (GA3) and water soaking with room temperature. The results show that the treatments ofNAA, GA3 and water soaking with room temperature could promote the seeds germination in advance compared with the control; GA3 treatments had the most significant effects on the germination; The seeds budded on the fiRh day after sowing and it was six days earlier than the control; Among all the treatments the highest germination rate was 95.33%, which occurred on the treatment of 100 mg·L^(-1) GA3; And the lowest was 75.33%, which occurred on the treatment of water soaking with room temperature for 3 hours; The highest germination potential was 67.33% occurred on the treatment of 50 mg·L^(-1) NAA and the control, and the lowest was 40.00% occurred on the treatments of water soaking with room temperature for 3 hours and for 24 hours.
