摘要
设计了不同浓度硝酸钾和6-BA对湖南野生假俭草Eremochloa ophiuroides优良品系E-5进行处理,研究不同处理对其叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:经硝酸钾和6-BA处理的假俭草与对照相比,可明显改善假俭草的生长,抑制其叶绿素的分解,12 g/L硝酸钾和10 mg/g 6-BA综合处理是本次试验的最佳处理方案。
Hunan wild Eremochloa ophiuroides superior strains E-5 have been treated with concentration gradient of potassium nitrate and 6-BA in order to study the effects of different treatments on chlorophyll contents ofE. ophiuroides. The results show that compared with the control, both treatments can obviously improve E. ophiuroides's growth and inhibite the decomposition of chlorophyll, and the combined treatment with 12g/L potassium nitrate and 10 mg/g 6-BA is the best treatment scheme of this test.
