摘要
目的:通过与粘接系统粘接纤维桩的临床操作时间、3年内的临床存留率进行比较,自粘接树脂用于纤维桩修复的临床效果。方法:选择门诊就诊的100个前牙纤维桩核修复患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50个修复体,实验组采用自酸蚀自粘接树脂(EMBRACE CORE)粘结纤维桩并形成树脂核,对照组采用自酸蚀粘接系统(DC Bond和DC Core)进行树脂粘接并形成树脂核,记录两组的临床操作时间,并追踪1年、2年、3年的临床存留率。结果:实验组的临床操作时间为87.38±8.21sec,明显少于对照组的125.56±10.04sec;实验组和对照组在1年、2年、3年的临床存留率均差异无统计学意义。结论:自粘接树脂用于纤维桩粘接临床操作简便、用时较短,临床存留率与采用自酸蚀粘接系统相似,可成为临床常规应用的操作方法。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of two kinds of composition resins using for adhesive fiber post. Methods: Choosing 100 fiber-post anterior teeth cases in clinic, using two kinds of composition resins(self-etching: DC Core&DC Bond, self-adhesive: EMBRACE CORE) in cases. Study the difference of the operation time and clinical survival of two composition resins at 1, 2 and 3year. Result: The operation time of self-adhesive resin(87.38± 8.21 s) is shorter than the self-etching resin(125.56± 10.04s), however, the clinical effect of two kinds of adhesive resin has no different. Conclusion: The clinical effect of two kinds of adhesive resin has no different. But, The operation time of self-adhesive is shorter than the self-etching. It' s another choice to adhensive fiber-poster.
