摘要
GPS时钟同步技术在电流纵差保护中的成功应用 ,为利用瞬时值进行动作判定提供了条件。针对工频相量差动判据存在的问题 ,提出一种基于故障分量瞬时值的电流纵差保护新判据。该判据在保证区外故障稳定性的基础上 ,对区内故障特别是高阻故障具有很强的反应能力和较快的动作速度。基于 EMTP的数字仿真结果和动模试验均验证了该判据的正确性。
Since the GPS based clock synchronization technique has been successfully applied in line current differential protection,it's possible to make tripping decision by using instantaneous value of fault component.To solve the problems existing in conventional phasor differential criterion,this paper proposes a new criterion based on the instantaneous value of fault com ponent. On the basis of keeping stable against external faults,this criterion has the features of strong ability to response to internal faults,especially to the high resistance faults.Both the EMTP sim ulation and dynam ic simulation test have shown its correctness. This is the project of State Key Technology Development Program No.96 BK- 10 6 - 4- 1 .
