摘要
有"城市花园"美称的城市湿地公园是城市生态系统的重要组成部分,是重要的生态基础设施之一,具有众多的生态及社会服务功能。当前城市湿地公园正遭受着种种人为因素的破坏,针对这些问题,有关部门提出了立法保障、技术改进、吸引公众等一系列保护措施,希望能有效保护城市湿地公园,实现人与自然的和谐发展。
The ＂garden city＂ reputation of the city wetland park is an important part of city ecosystem, is one of the impor- tant ecological infrastructure, with ecological and social service function. The city wetland park facing the serious destruc- tion, the destruction of forward, put forward legislation to safeguard, technical improvement, appealing to the public and a series of protective measures, in the hope of protection of city wetland park, realize the harmonious development of man and nature.
