摘要
中石化西安石化分公司低温余热回收和利用率低,在低温余热回收开发利用方面有较大的潜力。该文通过分析找出全厂低温热源和热阱,合理设计低温余热利用的方案,可节省蒸汽消耗约10t/h,降低全厂能耗2.81千克标油/吨原油,可取得较好的经济效益。
The rate of low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization was low in Xi’an Petrochemical Company of Sinopec. In this paper, the low-temperature heat source and heat sink of the whole plant were identif ied. Through rational design of the low-temperature waste heat utilization program, we can save about 10 t/h steam and reduce energy consumption of the whole plant by 2.81 kg standard oil / ton of crude oil.
