摘要
为了有效解决卷烟用纸残留的挥发性有机化合物环己酮检测需要相关标准物质进行仪器和分析操作校准的问题,利用高纯环己酮试剂为原料,严格控制配制和封装过程,研制出了环己酮溶液标准物质,同时对该标准物质进行了均匀性检验和稳定性考察.采用7家实验室对该标准物质进行了合作定值,结果为0.98mg/mL,扩展不确定度为0.02mg/mL.其均匀性和稳定性检验结果表明:该标准物质符合国家二级标准物质的技术要求."三乙酸甘油酯中环己酮溶液标准物质"属创新标准物质品种,目前在我国和世界范围内尚未有该种有证标准物质.所以,此研究获得的"三乙酸甘油酯中环己酮溶液标准物质"将为我国提供具有量值传递的标准物质和物质标准,为烟草行业卷烟用纸挥发性有机化合物分析提供物质基准,项目研究具有广泛的应用价值.
High purity Cyclehexanone reagent was used as a raw material of CRM, the Cyclehexanone solution certified reference material was developed under strictly controlled process of preparation and packaging. Homogeneity and stability tests were measured by GC-FID method. Set by cooperation analysis of 7 laboratories, the concentration value of the reference material was 0. 98mg/mL, with an expanded uncertainty of 0. 02 mg/mL. The results of homogeneity and stability tests showed that the certified reference material met the technical requirements of the national secondary reference material. The "Cyclohexanone Solution Standard Substance in Glyceryl Triacetate" developed in this project belongs to innovative standard substance varieties. At present, there is no certified standard substance either in China or around the world. Therefore, the "Cyclohexanone Solution Standard Substance in Glyceryl Triacetate" acquired in the project study will provide standard substance and substance standards for the dissemination of quantity value within China, and provide substance standard for the analysis of volatile organic compound in cigarette paper of tobacco industry; therefore, the project research has included extensive application value to the related field.
