摘要
使用膨大剂(赤霉酸A4+A7)是黄冠梨生产中常用的技术措施,常影响果实品质。为揭示膨大剂对黄冠梨果实的影响机理,试验在发育早期,对黄冠梨幼果进行果柄涂抹膨大剂处理,结果表明:使用膨大剂极显著地增加了黄冠果实的平均单果重,显著增加了果实可溶性固溶物含量,但对果实的硬度没有显著影响。膨大剂处理,可以极显著增加黄冠梨果实中Mn的含量;对Ca和K的含量虽然影响不显著,却显著改变了其在果皮和果肉中的分布状况,相对提高了果皮中的Ca、K含量;对№、Fe、Zn的含量无显著影响。膨大剂也大大降低了黄冠梨果实的耐贮性。
The swelling agent (gibberellic acid A4+A7) is a commonly-used technical measure in the production of huangguan pear and often influences the quality of the fruit. In this research, to unveil the mechanism of the swelling agent on huangguan pear, we applied the swelling agent onto the fruit stem of the young fruits in their early up-growth period. The result indicated that the swelling agent very significantly increased the average fruit weight, significantly increased the soluble solids content yet brought no significant influence to the hardness of the fruit. The use of swelling agent can significantly increase the content of Mn in the fruit; even though the content of Ca and K was not significantly affected, their distribution in the flesh and in the fruit peel was significantly changed, and the content of Ca and K in the fruit peel was comparatively enhanced. It didn't have significant influence on the content of Mg,Fe and Zn. The swelling agent also greatly reduced the storage property of huangguan pears.
