摘要
在传统的篮球技术训练原则下,在静态、独立、相对封闭的训练环境中所建立起来的运动技术动力定型,处于直接身体对抗、动态、开放的比赛临场环境中,技术效能的发挥将受到制约。遵循训练学规律从比赛临场环境的视角分析研究篮球技术训练,从实践入手提高篮球运动训练水平。
The basketball skills trained in the static, independent and closed training environment can not fully ex- erted in the dynamic and open environment of basketball competition. The paper proposes to train the basketball skills in the immediate environment according to the sports training rules so as to improve the training level of the university basketball team.
