摘要
本文以极限平衡理论和传统的安全系数为基础,用一次二阶矩法建立土坝坝坡可靠性分析的极限功能函数,对土坝坝坡稳定的可靠性进行分析,以清河水库除险加固工程为实例,探讨了土质随机变量的均值及其变异系数对其可靠指标的影响。得出采用定值安全系数与可靠指标结合进行土坝坝坡稳定性评价更为准确合理的结论。
Based on the limit balance theory and the conventional safety coefficient,the limit performance function is builted to analyze the reliability of earth dam slope stability with first order second moment method.Taking the strengthening and eliminating dangers project of Qinghe reservoir for example,the paper discusses the influence of soil random variable mean and its variation coefficient on stability indexes,draws the conclusion that the stability evaluation for earth dam slope using fixed value safety coefficient combined with stability indexes is more accurate and reasonable.
