摘要
职业化是高校辅导员的发展方向,也是加强大学生思想政治教育工作的重要措施。由于"90后"新生普遍对大学缺乏深刻理解,辅导员应正确引导其适应大学、树立积极信念、合理规划大学生涯。本文从分析"90后"新生特点入手,明确新生辅导员的任务责任,并指出职业化趋势下新生辅导员工作应当把握的理念和思路。
Professionalization is the development trend of college counselors, but also the important measure to strengthen the ideological and political education. Since ＂90s＂ freshmen generally do not have a deep understanding of the university, counselors should properly guide them to adapt to university, establish a positive belief and rationally plan university career. By analyzing the characteristics of ＂90s＂ freshmen, this paper cleared the responsibility of freshman counselor, and noted the concepts and ideas freshman counselors should grasp under the trend of professionalization.
