摘要
我国行政道德建设有着行政道德作用失效、行政主体地位失落等现状,出现这些情况的原因在于我国官本位思想依然浓重,市场利益渗透,公务员道德意识薄弱,行政体系不完善,权力监督体系存在漏洞。改变这种状况,需要加强行政人员的道德观念,深化行政人员行政道德教育体制,完善行政管理体制,加强行政管理民主化建设,完善行政行为的激励和监督机制。
Our administrative moral construction situation seems that the administrative morality loses its effectiveness and the administrative dominant position is lost. The reasons are that our official standard is really strong, the market interest permeates in every field, the moral consciousness of our civil servants is weak, our administration system is imperfect, and there is some loophole in our power supervision system. In order to improve this situation, we should strengthen the morality consciousness of our administrative staff, improve the administrative morality education system and the administrative management system, strengthen the democratization construction of the administration management, and improve the motivation and supervision mech- anism of the administrative behavior.
