摘要
师生关系是研究生教育理论和实践中一个历久弥新的话题,从诺丁斯的关怀教育理论出发,重新审视我国研究生培养中师生关系的现状,对导师和研究生关系的内涵进行了新的思考与阐释,并在此基础上,提出建构关怀性的研究生与导师关系的基本原则和意义。
In the postgraduate education theory, the relationship between the students and the teachers is always a new issue. Starting from the caring education theory, this article reexamines the relationship between the students and the teachers in our postgraduates' cultivation, carries on new thinking and explanation to the donation of this relationship, and further puts forward the basic principle and meaning of the caring relationship between them.
