摘要
甩挂运输是一种先进的运输组织方式,是提高道路货运和物流效率的有效手段,是建设资源节约型道路运输企业的重要途径。从介绍甩挂运输概念及运输组织形式入手,深度分析制约福建甩挂运输发展的因素,参照交通部加快甩挂运输发展实施办法,提出促进福建甩挂运输发展的策略。
Tractor - trailer or long haul freight transportation is a kind of advanced transport mode. It is an effective mean of promoting freight transportation and logistics efficiency and it is an effective way of building a resource - conserving road transportation enterprise. Starting with an introduction of the concept of Tractor - trailer transportation and its form of transport organization, this paper deeply analyzes the restriction factors of Fujian Tractor - trailer freight transportation, forecasts Tractor - trailer transport freight volume by using BP neural net- work, and proposes the strategies which can promote the development of Tractor - trailer freight transportation in Fujian province by consulting the measures for implementation of speeding up the Tractor - trailer freight transportation issued by the Ministry of Transportation.
