护理人员HIV职业暴露的危险因素与自我防护 被引量：8

摘要 艾滋病(AIDS)的流行在我国已进入快速增长期,医护人员由于职业技术操作常直接与病人的血液、体液接触,是职业暴露的高危群体。本文通过分析医护人员HIV职业暴露的常见危险因素,提出在医疗护理环境中,医护人员必须熟知HIV暴露的自我防护措施,增强医护人员对HIV职业暴露的认识,主动提高自我防护的意识,争取病人的配合与支持,避免和减少HIV职业性感染对医护人员安全的危害。
