摘要 应用AVLBOOST软件结合经验公式对GW15汽油机进行了一维不稳定流动模拟计算。基于数值模拟结果,优化原汽油机排气歧管,并通过试验测得该发动机的扭矩、功率、燃油消耗率、空燃比、排气温度等参数加以分析验证。研究结果表明:优化后,最大扭矩增加了4.22 N.m;最大功率增加了3.06 kW;最低燃料消耗率在常用转速下降低了5.82 g/(kW.h)。 AVLBOOST software and empirical equations were applied to simulating GW15 gasoline onedimensional unsteady flow.Based on the numerical simulation results,the runners of exhaust manifold were optimized.The torque,power,specific fuel consumption,air-fuel ratio and exhaust temperature of the engine were compared by engine test and the optimization of the exhaust runners.The results showed that maximum torque is increased by 4.22 N.m.Maximum power is increased by 3.06 kW.Specific fuel consumption is reduced by 5.82 g / ( kW.h) at the range of common speed after optimization.
