摘要
随着我国轨道交通的发展和车轮生产工艺的改进,对车轮轮箍的质量检测提出更高的要求。原有的车轮轮箍的超声探伤检测方法标准已不适应现有超声波技术的发展和现代列车的高速、重载的要求,亟需与之相适应的新标准。针对这一现状,本文探讨分析了车轮轮箍的缺陷,比较了车轮轮箍的超声探伤检测方法,提出了新车轮轮箍的超声探伤方法标准制定框架和主要技术内容,在此基础上探索车轮轮箍的超声探伤检测方法国际标准制定的可行性。
With the improvement of production process of rail transit in China's development and the wheel, the wheel and tyre quality detection to put forward higher requirement to the. Standard ultrasonic flaw detecting method of the original wheel can not adapt to the high-speed, heavy-load and development of existing ultrasonic technology and modem train requirements, the new standard need to adapt with it. In view of this situation, this paper analyzes the defects in the wheel and tyre, ultrasonic flaw detecting method of the wheel and tyre comparison, proposed a ultrasonic testing method standard of new wheel and tyre frame and main technical content, hope to develop ultrasound on the basis of the propulsion wheel probe international standard damage detection method.
