摘要
采用Al(NO3)3和NaAlO2为原料,用微波加热反应生成Al2O3,并处理到棉织物上使其产生粗糙表面,再用硬脂酸整理织物,赋予织物超疏水性能.讨论了纳米铝溶胶中铝含量、硬脂酸浓度、微波反应时间及温度等对织物拒水性能的影响.结果表明,整理棉织物的拒水性能随溶胶中铝含量的增加而增大;随硬脂酸浓度的增加略有增大;对棉织物强力几乎没有影响.
A12O3 was prepared using Al(NO3)3 and A12O3 as materials through microwave heating meth- od, which was treated onto cotton fabric to produce coarse surface, then the fabric was finished with stearate acid to endow cotton fabric with superhydrophobicity. The effects of the AI content of nano-AI sol, stearate acid (SA) concentration, the reaction time and temperature of microwave on hydrophobicity of fabric were stud- ied. The results revealed that the hydrophobicity of finished cotton fabric increased with the AI content of na- no-AI sol and slightly increased with the stearate acid (SA) concentration increasing. And the strength of cot- ton fabric nearly had no loss.
