摘要
传统的因子分析法是基于系统当期的截面数据而得到的评价结果,因此该评价方法是静态的.引入一种具有奖惩参数的动态因子分析综合评价法,此法不仅综合了传统因子分析法的结果,而且考虑了系统在不同时期的动态关联性.
Traditional factor analysis method is a static comprehensive evaluation method because the results are often obtained by the current data. The paper presents a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method with incentive parameter. It not only synthesi- zes the results of traditional method but also takes the dynamic relevance of different time.
