摘要
选择Span80 Tween80复合乳化剂 ,K2 S2 O8-Na2 SO3 氧化还原引发剂 ,进行丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(ADQUAT)、丙烯酰胺 (AM)、N ,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺三元反相微乳液共聚。研究了AM、ADQUAT、乳化剂及引发剂用量、搅拌速率和聚合温度对单体转化率及产物透光率的影响 ,表征了产物的粒径大小及其分布。
Novel cationic polyacrylamide microparticles with diameters of 60~80 nm were prepared by terpolymerization of acryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(TATC),acrylamide(AM)and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(Bis) in inverse microemulsions stabilized by Span80-Tween80 complex emulsifier and initiated with K_2S_2O_8-Na_2SO_3 redox system.The effects of reaction temperature stirring speed and concentration of AM,ADQUAT,initiator and emulsifier on the conversion of monomers and spectral transmittance of polymeric microemulsion were studied.Also,the distribution of size and shape of polymeric microparticles were characterized.
