摘要
随着高等教育事业的发展,大学基层学术组织的优化重组成为国内外学者研究和探索的热点问题,学者们围绕大学基层学术组织的内涵和特点、现状和存在问题、优化重组策略等内容展开了研究。但是,现有研究中对大学基层学术组织概念的界定存在缺陷,缺乏深层次的理论研究,鲜有专门针对省属教学研究型高校基层学术组织建设的研究以及对典型案例的分析。
With the continuous development of higher education, the optimization and reorganization of universities basic academic organizations become hot issues for domestic and foreign scholars to research and exploration, these scholars do research on the content and features of the university basic academic organizations; situation and problems; strategy of optimization and reorganization. However, there is insignificance in current research such as defects of concept defined; lack of deep-level theoretical research; no specific provincial teaching and research university academic organizations in construction and the lack of a typical case analysis.
