脑电图监测下癫痫病灶切除术的麻醉管理

摘要 目的:总结和探讨癫痫手术切除术患者的麻醉管理。方法:回顾性总结本院2010～2011年26例癫痫患者在皮质脑电图监测下行癫痫病灶切除术的围术期管理。结果:所有患者成功切除癫痫病灶,术后癫痫发作次数减少或不发,恢复良好。 Objective:To summarize and debate the anesthesia management for lesionectomy surgery of epilepsy。Method:Twenty-six patients(2010 ～2011)who were received lesionectomy surgery of epilepsy were retrospectively summarized for the anesthesia management。Result:All the patients were received successful surgeries。The post-operative seizure was decreased or absenced。
