摘要
研究了在空气中 70 0~ 1 0 50℃范围内热处理工艺对氮化铝抗水化性能的影响。结果表明 :氮化铝在空气中的氧化行为包括 :(1 )氮化铝被氧化成θ Al2 O3;(2 )进一步发生晶型转变形成α Al2 O3。经热处理 ,氮化铝的抗水化性能有一定的提高 ,将热处理的氮化铝引入刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料中 。
Effect of heat treatment of aluminum nitride powder on its hydration resistance has been investigated at temperatures of 700~1050℃ in air. The results show that the oxidizing process of AlN powder includes two stages: ① AlN is oxidized into θ Al 2O 3 and ② then θ Al 2O 3 transforms into α Al 2O 3. The heat treatment of the AlN powder is favorable for promoting hydration resistance owing to the formation of oxidation product on the surface of AlN particles. The optimum temperature is in the range of 700~850℃. Adding AlN powder in corundum-spinel castables improves the resistance to BOF final slag of these castables.
