摘要
招生工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,是学校生存和发展的生命线。优质生源有利于学校科研、创新等各项工作的蓬勃开展,反之将严重影响学校整体水平的提高,甚至关系到学校的生死存亡。在全国有效生源持续下降,学校之间的竞争日趋激烈,学生期望值过高,志愿填报越发挑剔的情况下,高等学校要充分判断当前招生形势,提前做好应对措施。针对学校自身的优势和特点,适时对学校专业设置进行调整,以适应社会的需求,同时加大重点地区、重点时段的招生宣传,确保学校招生工作顺利开展,保质保量地完成招生任务。
Enrollment is the lifeline of the survival and development of colleges and universities. High quality en- rollment is conducive to the rapid development of the scientific research and innovation of the university. With the steady decline of the number of senior high school students, the increasingly fierce competition among colleges, the students＂ increasingly high expectations and their increasingly fastidious attitude in selecting university, colleges and universities should fully judge the current enrollment situation and take some necessary measures in advance to cope with it. The countermeasures to ensure the successful completion of the enrollment work in universities and colleges include indentifying the strengths and features of the college or university, according to the social needs, and enhancing enrolment propaganda in key adjusting the specialty and major setting areas and key periods.
