摘要
野外实地调查表明,闽东有忍冬属植物7种,分布广、资源量丰富;测量采集的闽东忍冬属植株花枝的花蕾密度和长度及鲜干重量,测定部分种类不同部位的绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量,对种质资源性状进行分析,为闽东野生忍冬资源的开发利用及优良栽培品种的选育提供科学依据.
The field investigation showed that there are 7 species of Lonicera plant with a distribution and rich resources in East Fujian. The data measuring and acquisition of the length wide and density of bud on flower branch, fresh and dry weight, the chlorogenic acid and the galuteolin content was determined in different parts of some species, an analysis and evaluation was done on the germplasm resources. In conclusion, all the above research can provide a scientific basis for the exploitation, utilization, and the superior cultivars selection of wide Lonicera resources.
