摘要
利用高温剪切和加入塑解剂的方法 ,通过双辊开炼机用普通NR制备液体天然橡胶 (LNR) ,红外谱图和DSC证实该LNR具有与NR基本相同的分子链结构和Tg ;LNR作为软化剂使用时 ,对纯NR和炭黑补强NR硫化胶力学性能的影响较小 ,LNR完全不被溶剂抽出 ;DMA谱图表明LNR可有效降低NR在 0℃以上的损耗模量 ,使材料的生热降低。
Liquid nature rubber (LNR) with lower molecular weight was prepared from normal nature rubber(NR) by shearing and adding peptizer on the two roller mixer at high temperature. IR and DSC experiment indicated that there was little different on the molecular chain structure and Tg between LNR and NR; LNR had little effect on the mechanical properties of pure NR or carbon black reinforced NR when it utilized as softening aid. Compared to aromatic oil, LNR could not be extracted by toluene and take part in the vulcanization process; DMA experiment confirmed that LNR could decrease the heat produced by the dynamic loss of the rubber.
