摘要
用电磁搅拌方法制备了Cr12V工具钢半固态试样,并对其进行了观察分析,探讨了其形成机制。结果表明,Cr12V工具钢半固态试样在结晶过程中初生相以非枝晶状态生长,随搅拌时间延长晶粒越来越圆整。
The semi-solid specimens of Crl2V steel were prepared by electromagnetic stirring method, and the semi-solid specimens were analyzed. And the evolution mechanism of semi-solid microstructure of the steel was discussed. The results show that the growth of primary phase in the semi-solid specimen of Crl2V steel is in non-dendritic state, the grain becomes more rounded with the increase of stirring time.
