Numerical Simulation of Temperature Fields in Butt-welding of Mid-thick Plates Based on Finite Element

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了12 mm中厚板多层多道焊的有限元模型,采用生死单元技术对7道焊缝的单元进行了顺次激活加载热源,研究两道焊缝之间的冷却时间对焊接温度场的影响。结果发现,每道焊缝冷却300 s后能够对后续焊缝形成预热条件,并得到了中厚板多层多道焊的三维焊接温度场的动态模拟分析方法。 A finite element model of the 12 mm thick multi-layer and butt-welding process for mid-thick plates was created with ANSYS finite element sottware. The elements of seven welds were activated with load heat source in succession used of element birth and kill to research the effects of cooling time between two weldings on temperature fields. The results show that cooling 300 s after every weld will form the preheating conditions of subsequent weld. And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional temperature field with multi-layer butt-welding of mid-thick plates was obtained.
