摘要
目的观察溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清瘦素和脂联素的变化。方法实验分为UC组和健康对照组,测定两组患者的血清瘦素和脂联素并进行比较。结果 UC组患者血清瘦素(10.95±1.10)ng/ml明显高于对照组(10.41±1.05)ng/ml,而血清脂联素(7.21±0.80)μg/ml明显低于对照组(7.80±1.24)μg/ml,差异有统计学意义。结论 UC患者血清瘦素水平增高、脂联素水平降低,二者在炎症反应过程中具有一定意义。
Objective To study the expression of serum leptin and adiponectin in patients with ulcerative colitis （ UC）. Methods Expression levels of leptin and adiponeetin were measured in 38 healthy controls and 56 UC patients. Results The expression level of serum leptin was statistically higher in UC patients （ 10.95 ± 1.10） ng/ml than that in normal controls （ 10.41 ± 1.05 ） ng/ml （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression level of serum adiponeetin was statistically lower in UC patients （7.21±0.80） ug/ml than that in normal controls （7.80±1.24） ug/ml （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In UC patients, the level of leptin is increased and the level of adiponeetin is decreased. Leptin and adiponeetin play cer tain roles in the inflammatory response.
